Not to be negative or critical, but you're following a lot of people and that's one of the main reasons that you have so many followers. Most of the time when you follow people there is recipriocity and people follow you back. Its a real challenge only to follow a few people that are of great interest to you, while at the same time creating a huge following yourself.
