RE: Never Steem while under the influence!

in #steemit7 years ago

And here I was thinking about how great it would be to let the words flow from a state of tipsy-ness. Haven't done it (yet), but I think it wouldn't be so bad. Most of the stuff you say just get buried unless you become a celebrity (which I hope I do not become), because then the dirt digging operation goes full steem ahead!

In terms of the question, I so far have not said anything I wish I could take back, but let's see how it goes. It may be the case where I look at an older post and say "what was I thinking?" but I guess that's the growth process :)

@eonwarped, I see your point about most things getting buried. But it would be a shame to burn a relationship with someone in our community.

I don't really want to look at my older posts. I hope that I am grown, but I guess only some intentional refleciton can prove it. Thanks for adding to the conversation.

Oh yes, completely agreed on not burning relationships. I think on the point of anger, that's never a good thing to release right away, drunk or no :)

Agree. Taking a step back to calm down is rarely a bad thing.
