I haven't been on steemit chat so I can't comment on that. I don't mind relevant links in the comments, but the link best be accompanied by text telling me why the link is especially relevant to some detail from the post. Here's my top three peevs de jour.
- Useless generic comments. Bonus lel-nope for follow/upvote begging
- Too many bots spamming up the comments. I could just mute the bots tho.
- Repeat posts, or a preview post that links back to an earlier post.
