@goldiemr You need to understand that for you to get others to engage with your blog, you need to get involved with others. Comment on other people's posts. Don't just upvote blogs and run away. Drop quality comments. Participate in the activities of the communities you belong to. That's one sure way to get noticed by others.
When I started out, my introductory post did very well, however the blogs following was getting little money. But i just told myself that I'll keep at it, and I did. Besides, I joined #steemitschool and I've learnt a lot of strategies to use and succeed on steemit.
