Steem vs Steempower vs Steem Dollars

Ok I get it that there are three "measures of value" used on Steemit namely; Steem, Steempower and Steem Dollars.What I don'r get is which of these three is the best to keep if say I'm looking at becoming a 'steemillionaire' in the foreseeable future?

I also need some insight into Steemit Savings. What kind of growth can I realise from these savings?

    Ни какой, не покупай, не стоит вкладывать сюда свои сбережения, откройте глаза steemit упал и продолжает падать так как ни одна другая достойная валюта. Steemit ждет судьба (the Dao) только в отличии от (the Dao) вложенные средства никто не вернет.
