Steemit cheatsheet: How to get followers when you already have original content

You post the good post, but don't see any real following? These pointers will help you out.

Guidelines:

  • After you post something new, comment on a lot of different blogs. Take your time reading and giving meaningful replies. Avoid asking for follows and upvotes.

  • Don't expect to get anything back, ever. Comment because you like the content. Stick around. You should choose their posts for their content, anyway.

  • Upvotes aren't free. This is why people may choose to not upvote you. The more votes they give, the less they are worth. Vote power takes a lot of time to recharge. Remember to check yours out at https://steemnow.com.
