So here is:
A little guide on how to make a 'Declined Payout' post
Slide the selection all the way down to 'Decline Payout' like this:
Then press the 'post' button.
Voila
good job
This got me curious.
Oh, yes. There is no decline payout for comment. ah ha.
Possibly using the JS api (?), not on Steemit :)

They are crowdfunding the crowdsourcing.
Yeah, that's my idea exactly. Steemit is the most crowdfunded crowdsourced thing I've ever seen in my life. But we're still dependent on the GUI which the steemit team provides, aka the website, right?
That's a major factor in attracting new users.
