I am a believer in giving back and helping out in the community and the world. Think globally, act locally I suppose. I believe that the measure of person's life is the affect they have on others. - Steve Nash

Hello Steemians,
I will share to you my experience on how you can be helpful in the community. Steemit is for everybody coz' this platform is a community itself.
Lets get started..
1. BUILD A FOUNDATION BY DOING REGULAR MEETUPS
Doing regular meetups can expand your circles. The more you do it consistently, the many will be curious and will be interested to join. Don't worry if you have small attendees, every successful person starts with something small, make an effort to be consistent.
I am part of the Steemit Bloggers CoordinatorCebu Language Exchange where we are helping International Steemians living in Cebu. in Cebu, Philippines together with @bellatravelph, @ninyea and @itinerantph where we do regular meet ups. These friends I have wholeheartedly devote their time and effort, they've been passionate about doing volunteer activities and also part of
2. ENGAGE IN VARIOUS COMMUNITY CAMPAIGNS
Target huge number of people who have interest in travels, adventure, volunteer work. Campaigns that are interactive and productive.
One example is what my friend @jassennessaj and @themanualbot did: They promoted Steemit to engineering department in their university.

World Food Day: Feed the Hungry Campaign
Gift Giving
Grand Festival
3. ADS CAMPAIGNS: Flyers, T-shirts, Pins, Stickers or Social Media Sites
Be the brand, wear it, show it, voice out, share. We are in the generation where we mostly make a living in advanced technology. The cyber world.
4. HAVE THE RIGHT ATTITUDE
As what the saying emphasizes,"Attitude is everything." Be thankful, appreciate ones effort, be selfless. Criticize one in a proper way and provide a positive reinforcement.
Be the gift you wanna see in the world.
How did we came up to more than a 100?
We joined forces and create a circle for the Cebuano and International thus we made a communal account for the Cebu, Philippines community called Steemph.cebu in Steemit. Yes! We are getting viral!
