Due to a stupid rule of my bank I just learned that there is absolutely no way for me to cash out the Steem Dollars at the moment. I am using CoinBase and they sit in East Europe. My bank requires a newer TAN generator for a SEPA transaction to East Europe than I have. Since I live in Costa Rica with a German bank account I cannot go into the next store and buy one. I can ask my mother to send one to me, which will take about six weeks to arrive. This sucks. Do you know a better way? Paypal is not supported for non-US citizens.
Use localbitcoins.com to change bitcoins into Western Union or moneygram.

Be carefull with PayPal. Maybe they lock your money / limit your account when you receive money from a new sender. Use Western Union. In one hour (or faster) you can have your money (during office times)
Right, I have used Western Union and Moneygram before. It works great. PayPal would require a whole lot of further transactions before it arrives on my debit card.

Yeah, I was exxagerating. We will not die or anything. It just sucks and we probably have to lend some money from relatives. Totally annoying moment right now. But that's life I guess. Steemit rules anyway! ;)
transfer your steem dollars into steem currency, transfer it into bittrex, then sell your steem for bitcoin, send bitcoin to kraken.com, get verified to tier 3 (may take a couple of weeks). then you can give them your bank info then withdraw your euros

Yeah, I know but that costs more than I made on Steemit so far. Normal post delivery takes 1-2 months. I live here for three years now and tried different methods. None of them are great.

On a trust base that means your family gives the money to a guy in Germany they make a phone call and the people in your country pay out emidiatly
Go to an Indian restaurant they can help the last time it was 1 % commission
