Greetings Christian @freiheit50
UPDATE Sunday October 9th:
Regardless to the discussion below I will continue the contest and bring it to a lucky end!
At the moment 3 members of the jury have still to speak. @fabio, @nextgen and myself @freiheit50.
I will be the last today late in the evening and the start of round 2 takes place tomorrow.
Finally, I vote for
@pollux.one @sift666 @onetree
The final result:
6 competitors have got at least 1 vote.
These are:
@pollux.one 4 votes @sift666 3 votes @inphiknit 2 votes @onetree 2 votes @techslut 1 vote @esqil 1 vote.
Between these 6 we will find the winner in round 2.
Further information you'll find in my upcoming post.
Thanks all others for participating and good luck!
Good luck everyone!
Having been kindly selected by @freiheit50 as one of the jury members, these are my votes (see below). As I was only allowed to pick three, I had to make choices. I also tried to be diverse in my final selection, as you can see, the 3 chosen posts are all entirely different from each other. While the list below is numbered, don't consider that a ranking on my part, rather my 3 equal votes.
@techslut with https://steemit.com/story/@techslut/original-novel-mistress-of-magic-morgan-s-apprentice-chapter-1
@esqil with https://steemit.com/programming/@esqil/the-path-of-an-exceptional-programmer
@sift666 with https://steemit.com/travel/@sift666/the-south-island-of-new-zealand
@pollux.one @inphiknit @sift666
I don't get where to find the articles I should vote on?
The articles to read are listed in the comment section of this post:
https://steemit.com/bitcoin/@freiheit50/o-5-btc-power-up-competition-round-1
oh...in the comments...thanks...
Apologies @freiheit50. I've been a bit busy recently and haven't had time to go through all the posts. I've only had a chance to read @onetree's post so far and really liked it. But for me to vote would be unfair to the other participants. So please excuse me from the jury. Thanks.
Hi freiheit,
I only vote for these 2 users:
@pollux.one
@sift666
Here my subjective reasons why I dont vote for the other persons.
No Vote, because of wallet or other foundings ...
-- rxhector
-- digit
-- kiwideb
No Votes, because of to much posts/comments
@geke and @jimitations are two different people - one is a female economist and the other is a male impressionist
Maybe, but I see these transfers. This is enough for me to not vote for both.
Not trying to tell you how to vote or anything, I just don't think they're doing anything underhand.Even if they are friends and transfer money between themselves, this post was enough to convince me they are two different people https://steemit.com/funny/@geke/video-jimitations-and-geke-jimmie-s-character-voices-at-epcot
Thanks @kiwideb - yes we are two different people. We live together. We used to be a couple, but that's become complicated. We're still best friends. The reason we transfer Jimmie's steemdollars & steem to my account is to make one of our accounts as powerful as we can. Then, once that happens, we'll focus on the other account. I didn't realize, of course, that content itself would be so blatantly ignored, but I guess it is what it is. We'll keep posting our content, and hopefully people will be interested in that content, regardless of how we're trying to build our accounts. Thanks for sticking up for us.
you're welcome :-)
Lol , um lol, what more can I say. Does this count towards my too many posts? Offto try out bingo now, will cash out my winnings via bloctrades or poloniex. Just a heads up.
I personally think only he has the right to disclude competitors from his contest and that judges should use all there votes to vote for the posts they think are most deserving not to assess who is or isn't deservingDear @twinner While I can see the points you are making, I don't think this is fair of you as @freiheit choose all contestants and is running this contest. He had access to the same information and didn't come to the same conclusion as yourself.
This is a conclusion I fully share @stichin-sista!
I had imagined this competition something quite different to this.
It was not by intention by participating here to have a someone or a team of judges analyzing my wallet activities in such a manner.
This contest is like a type of tiny biotope inside of the Steemit project and in my opinion reflects a current issue of Steemit beautifully: money concerns and thoughts weigh heavier than the content.
It seems to me as if the participation here is seen as a begging for support, which is not my intention.
I hereby announce I am dropping out of this experiment.
So any judge, who is going to give out his votes today, please do not consider my entry.
It probably does not matter as I received no vote yet, but as there are outstanding votes left, I want to make sure I am not blocking up a space for the next round.
@freiheit50 many thanks for offering this opportunity and I hope you reach, what you plan to achieve with this - as long it is a sincere intention, but due to the above mentioned reasons I do not further want to participate.

Key message:
Activities on steemit make more sense with more steem power, but some people don't have enough money to power them up by themselves.
Here the snapshot of your wallet at start of the challenge
You cashed out 120 USD 2 days before.
No comment necessary.
I find this so terribly disturbing. You are turning me off Steemit with this.
As I mentioned:
"I had imagined this competition something quite different to this. It was not my intention by participating here to have a someone or a team of judges analyzing my wallet activities in such a manner."
Now you are taking this a step further.
@puffin don't be put off so easily. I like the fact that all wallet dealings are open. We conduct ourselves as wd see fit, and others can like it or lump it!
I also resign from this contest
