They could easily right bots to do this for them. Even by hand thought it would only take like 15 minutes a day to make that much.

I think some have made bots that automatically write simple comments - but other bots have detected them and downvote them.
The issue of multiple accounts is that you need to do writing - whereas with one whale account all you need to do is curating by bot from an author list.
The problem with curating is they need to power down to get the rewards. Posts and comments give then at least 75% payout that day.
