Every time I think about this technology, I realize how broad, innovative and profound this blockchain world is. Sometimes I think that it is an infinite world of possibilities within our reach, that is my point of view regarding the range of options offered by this technology and the number of tokens that are daily mobilized around the planet.
Only Bitcoin, 316,099 The total number of Bitcoin transactions confirmed in the last 24 hours.
https://www.blockchain.com/en/charts
I do not know if it is possible to count daily the number of projects that arise around the blockchain, I think it is overwhelming the speed of economic, social and cultural growth that this technology represents, the daily transactions in cryptocurrencies with the Bitcoin in the lead, the etheron , litecoin and a long etc. It is surpassing any other type of transactions in the world. There are so many projects that the options exceed us and we can not keep pace with the accelerated growth that this impressive technology is having.
One of the best options
Within this wide spectrum of opportunities arises steemit, a platform or social network for the generation of content to which we belong and we feel like "fish" in the water, since it gives us the opportunity to express ourselves, educate ourselves about various topics, including Blockchain, inform, develop our talent in any artistic branch, and a lot of options that as we get into this world, is that we become moderately aware of what this represents, daily discover new things as this platform and the Blockchain in general.
I am sure that there is a high percentage (maybe over 50%, you have to investigate) of people involved in steemit, who do not have full knowledge of the options and opportunities that this platform gives us, people who only dedicate themselves to posting without going completely into this wonderful world that represents this ecosystem, and when faced with changes, or some kind of problems, they leave the platform not knowing what they are giving up (I know many will return).
Things that I do not understand
In recent months I have run into articles by "steem experts" with analyzes and arguments that almost predict the end of the platform, with apocalyptic positions of the future of steemit.
Certainly the steem, like other cryptocurrencies have had a strong depreciation in recent months and we have faced many ups and downs, it is also true that we can not expect to be millionaires with what we generate on the platform, but I think that due to the low prices of steem a lot of projects that help us keep publishing have emerged within the same platform.
Healing projects have emerged such as @walhestrail a project that offers you votes by delegation, @minnowsupport helping new and those who are not so well, project @cervantes that has been supporting the Hispanic community for some time, personal projects like those of the user @ crypto.piotr and @thedarkhorse, @ steem-bounty with their contests, @steempress, we also have @originalworks contests, @steemmonsters for game lovers. All these projects are made to boost our work within the platform and make our time invested in steemit profitable, in addition to other projects that I do not know. When I think about all this, I really believe that there is a world of opportunities in steemit alone, without counting all that the blockchain technology represents integrally.
Major reasons?
It is for this reason that I fail to understand the discouraging and disastrous forecasts of some "experts", logically respectful though not share the point of view, reading and interpretation that each one has of the circumstances that are now lived.
I agree with the opinion and reading of other experts who think that the blockchain technology is the future, that what we have seen until today is only a minimum part of what awaits us the following years. I also think that steemit is going to grow (this is not the opinion of an expert) in the next few years and this is going to make many of those who have left the platform looking for other options come back to stay.
It remains for us to learn, educate, and try to make contributions to continue developing projects that benefit our platform, create strong relationships of mutual support and promote the entry of many more people to this world of blockchain and steemit in particular.
I would like to know your opinion about this topic, I would really appreciate those comments that teach me something more about this wonderful blockchain world.
the article is very interesting you have to educate about the virtual currency so they will not arrive as I am an old woman and I do not know much, but I am attentive to these new technologies and the children of now know a lot
@fucho80
thank you for sending the article @crypto.piotr
Wow @fucho80
I absolutely love your post. You grabbed my attention from the very beginning. Absolutely love your writing style.
I think the biggest problem people see is absolutely no way to communicate with Ned and Steemit Inc developers. That's unfortunatelly a real problem. Knowing that ship has a captain, but this captain isn't interested with ship and anyone onboard and captain wants to focus his attention on something else.
Most likely Steemit will be still "number one" for quite sometime. I dont see any other "competition" on horizon, which could potentially cause migration of content creators out from Steemit.
So we shold be safe for some time.
Upvoted and RESTEEMED (I dont resteem often, but I really enjoyed your publication).
Yours
Piotr
Current state of steem blockchain could sustain a large further development, maybe 10x to 50x from now in terms of value. Blockchain world is a very conservative place in terms of rapid changes - bitcoin protocol didn't change much since 2012.
Appreciated @crypto.piotr,
I really did not know that information, and I imagine that there must be many talented developers with ideas to contribute that would benefit the platform but if there is such secrecy, people will only do what they can.
Particularly I think there are many people who love this platform, which leads to undertake projects that benefit our community despite the existing limitations.
Having news like this fills me with optimism and motivates me to continue educating myself about this issue, not only steemit but the whole blockchain world.
This catches me, and I'm only discovering a small part of this vast world.
Thanks for reading, it is always very helpful to read your comments.
Hi @fucho80
And vice versa my dear friend :)

@fucho80 ,
Many debations had been already taken. Many Topics had been discussed.
Blockchain advantages derives the security of transactions which attract many netizens.
The Blockchain disadvantages was the one the pulling it behind the bush.
Many Countries are not in favor of the system due to Many reports of Hacking which leads to big loss on the victims.
The other things that stopping it is what we so called "adaptation".
Many people are already adapted in the System of Electronic Cash like ATM and Banks. Most people are unaware of the Blockchain and how the Blockchain works, this curiosity hinders people to try involved themselves in Cryptoworld and Blockchain System.
Hi I am commentator101, I find this interesting post which attract me to share my thoughts.
Looking forward for your support through upvotes if my comment is interesting or attractive.

Indeed, I also think that this is one of the disadvantages, I include myself as one of the people who ignore about the Cryptoworld, I am just discovering this but I personally know a number of people who are in complete darkness regarding this issue, more that everything in our Hispanic countries.
Very interesting your approach but I think that will change little by little.
As I wrote in the post, I believe that blockchain technology is the future.
Thank dear @commentator101
Wonderful article, thank you for sharing. As touched upon the key is to educate the public and show the true value in this great technology. One way is through workshops and start up incubation hubs such as the Blockchain Centre which is dotted throughout the world from Melbourne to Shanghai to Dubai to Medellin.
I am very happy to know that there are initiatives like these that help more people to have access to this technology, I think it would be beneficial for many people to be able to access and obtain income through this means. Can you imagine how many needs would be covered?
Thanks for your comment, I really appreciate the time you took to read this article.
God bless you!
Hi @fucho80,
I have some good news for you. Last month, out of a total of 179 dApps that went online, 46 were on steem blockchain. That is about 26% of the total! To top it, the number of steem dApps (46) beat that of EOS (26).
check this out: https://steemit.com/busy/@devann/steem-dapp-growth-exceeded-eos-last-month-or-crypto-briefing
Wooo @devann!, Those are good news, we are really on the right track and we have to work so that these numbers increase because they guarantee not only the stability of our platform but the growth and future of it and as a consequence our own future is good.
Thanks for this valuable comment, I appreciate your information.
Hi @fucho80. There is a lot of money and time invested here in steemit which can helps the platform to keep floating on the sea.
I think this is a like a cocktail of some business centralization and decentralized content generation
First part of the cocktail is steemit Inc. Which obviously has the right to make money based on their business decisions. They are not obligated to take our suggestions.
Second part of the cocktail are the users who create content. They are free to choose whether they want to be part of steemit business model or not, even if they do not know how this system works.
Basically the cocktail could end in a toxic drink if both ingredients won't mix properly.
However, I think there is room to make some money creating content. Steemit is not only about STEEM but also other cryptos or even Fiat money.
Steemit can also be another sales channel. For example, I can have a Facebook page of my small store and also a blog in steemit about my store. Well, just and idea but blockchain could bring creative solutions for traditional businesses.
