Good advice to keep in mind. I saw a video that frequent posts can hurt your money and score, though im not sure if had any merit to it.

If the posts aren't quality, absolutely!
Then there are others I won't name that just copy and paste stuff or paste YouTube links without saying anything constantly all day. Those accounts won't get anywhere if they keep that up. I mean @barrydutton for example posts a lot, but they're quality posts. That's why he's one of the top Steemit members.
