While it does actually run on a Debian box on our backend, it's a web app, so to use it you go to our website.

We'll probably release the source at some point, but please note it's slightly more complex than just running it and getting a working app - for a start you need things like a blockloader and a steemd instance.

web is fine do you know if you need java flash html5 sometimes i run really low resource hungry browsers usually keep a full function one on hand but isnt as snappy as my preferred ones

It's a pretty javascript and HTML5 heavy so I would not suggest running it in something that can't handle this kind of modern AJAXy design.

If you let me know what kind of browser you're using (including exact versions if possible) I can look into making a lightweight version - but it's never going to have the same featureset in something like lynx.

I actually use mostly firefox and qupzilla. Qupzilla is pretty good with alot of stuff wouldn't do captcha robot thing. It does pretty much everything else i dont have flash enabled in it. I cant get any sites to work with lynx in cli though maybe google a phone number. lol Not sure exactly what version qupzilla but pretty much if it doesnt use flash thats a good start. If you could make it without javascript then without html5 those are pretty much the limits/differences i've noticed between my different levels of browser i use. Dillo is good for simple text qupzilla i use for most searching and whatnot and i use firefox for anything I know is full blown.

I would advise you simply use Firefox for now.
