Weird thing in Steemit....!!!!!!!! Is it happens for all?

When I am writing a post in Steemit I found a weird behaving of numbering in the Preview Section.

If you type 5. (FIVE DOT) in writing section it shows noraml but in preview section 5. is changed into 1.[ONE DOT]

if you type (5. 5. 5.) you get what showed above. Guess it has something to do with the markdown language. But useful for trailing thoughts, well not cause if you type anything other than a space you get the beginnings of a numbered list.
