I usually have to be reminded to take a break myself, but I'm not living on an island in the Mediterranean off the coast of Spain, either! Wow! So blessed!
Sounds to me that getting out and about will also mean you have plenty of material to post about. That would be awesome, though I do enjoy the forays to the database you do, too. :)
In the end, we all do what we have to around here, and finding balance is a part of that. So, do what you got to do, dude! Health and happiness.
Yeah we are in a lovely place, and it would be rude not to get out and about and enjoy it.
As you say, this should mean a wider variety of content too - the data posts will not vanish though :D
