It's hard to draw any conclusion. It could be anything. And those two flat spots need not be correlated.

Sometimes markets or adoption just "take a breath". I think its pretty natural.
Now declining users would be a red flag.

I go with my gut on this. I'm not a social media person. I shunned FB and Instagram.
I LOVE STEEM. I think once a user adopts steem they're around until some big event takes them away. I don't see it turning back for a while.
