One of the aim or goal of every Steemians is to be successful. Everyone wants to be successful but the question is are you ready to pay the price? Some people think success is something that just come to you whenever you sit on your comfort zone. This is a very wrong approach towards success. Successful people work for success by getting success. This means if you want to be successful, you have to go hunt for success and leave your comfort zone.
A major way of being successful is by following the required procedures or steps that will make you successful. I have been able to come up with these below procedures after my little stay on this great platform. The below procedures can make you a successful Steemians.
Procedure To Be A Successful Steemian
- FOCUS ON YOUR NICHE: Before you can find in choose a niche, you have to discover your self. Self discovery enables you to know your talent and what you are very good at and this dorms your niche. Focus on what you love doing and what you are capable of presenting. Every successful Steemians always post about what they are very good at doing. Do not imitate other people's niche because you observe their high payout. When you do this, you may end up getting frustrated and confused because it is not what you are good at doing. Ensure you post what you are very good at doing. Whenever you do this, you feel relaxed and happy because it is what you love doing.
Also, do not be shy to publish your gift or talent. No matter how small or how funny your talent is, use it to form your niche and start posting. You may be able to talented photographer, writer, tutor, programmer, poet, etc. Always ensure you make post reference to your niche. I know of some Steemians like @shello who is a very talented writer and she post good posts, @cryptonet who engage in sharing news about cryptos, @tojukaka who engage in posting about blockchain, cryptos and technology, @teamhumble who loves to explore technological materials by telling you about the product, @crypto.piotr who is always interested in in blockchain, cryptos and airdrop. There are also many other people who engage in photography like @juliank, @jpphoto,@anton-kostroma and many others. There are also Steemians who engage in poetry like @warpedpoetic, @dobartim, @poeticsoulren and many others. Also I know of vloggers who make use of @dlive or @dtube for uploading videos like @papa-pepper, @elsiekjay, @scottychams and many others. You can see each and every one will be known for their post about what they do. Always ensure you stick to your niche and you can't have a productive niche unless you discover yourself.
MAKE QUALITY POSTS: Every time I ask some successful Steemians about how they are having high payout, all what they tell me is "make quality posts". As a newbie I heard this statement from more than 20 people on Steemit. If this factor isn't present in my write up, I don't think I have done justice to the above topic.
Making quality posts is one of the greatest ways of attaining success on Steemit. Ensure you make good posts which will make your readers ask for more. Anytime you make quality posts, people will always look out for your next post because they can't do without it. Always make sure you add lovely ingredients that will attract people to your post without getting bored when reading. Some of the way of achieving this is by making a good post structure, make use of pictures and adopt a suitable topic for your post. Quality posts is not only restricted to writers, vloggers and photographers are also entitled to making quality posts.APPLYING THE GOLDEN RULE: The Golden rule states that want for others what you want for yourself. If you want to be a successful Steemian, make others successful also. This means you have to support others. The goal is to win together and we can only achieve this when we support each other. Ensure you upvote, resteem if possible and make good comments on people's post. When you do this, you create a chance of proper interaction which may make you successful. This is why I will have to talk about the concept of socialising or interacting with other members.
SOCIALIZATION/INTERACTION: How do you make friends in a strange city other than interacting with the citizens. The same applies to Steemit. Ensure you make friends by proper interaction or socialisation amongst it members. You can socialise and communicate with other Steemians via discod, telegram, WhatsApp etc. Learn from them and ask questions you don't understand from them. Make new friends anytime you socialise and always remember a friend in need is a friend indeed. Help your friends and support your friends.
I was able to achieve this with the help of commenting on other people's posts.COMMENTING: One of the fastest ways of attaining success is by commenting. Do not overlook the power of commenting. Good commenting can earn you bountiful rewards. Apart from you earning money from commenting, you will also be able to make friends with new people and build more followers. I always advice newbies to start by commenting.
One of the fastest ways of earning via commenting is to focus on whales post by leaving good comments. When doing this, you earn recognition and get upvoted for your comment. Never underestimate the power of making good comments.BE PART OF A COMMUNITY: There are various supporting communities that assist and support every Steemit members by upvoting, post reviews and tutoring. Always ensure you are very active in the community groups and send your links to the required channel where you get upvotes from other members of your community. Examples are @curie, @minnowsupport,@airhawk-support,@steemgigs in courtesy of @ulogs by @surpassinggoogle,@adasticly, @steemjet, @steemstem, @Steemiteducation, @utopian-io, @stach and many others. I will send you the link in the comment section if you are interested. This approach is one of the fastest ways of having high payout which improves one's success on Steemit.
NEVER BEG FOR UPVOTES: Ensure you avoid the upvotes for upvotes and follow for follow principle. This could cause a a great disaster when you try it with the wrong person. Stay real to yourself and keep following the above procedures.
AVOID PLAGIARISM: Plagiarism is one of the fastest ways of denoting your reputation which can cause you a great loss. Steemit does not encourage plagiarism. Stay real and do your best by making good research before coming up with your content. Ensure you show your reference whenever you use post that doesn't belongs to you to avoid getting flagged by @steemcleaners.
POSTING VIA ALTERNATIVE SITES: There are alternatives used in in Steemit blockchain for publishing posts. These sites tends to compensate you you for using their services such as busy.org, esteem, musing.io by @musing and several others.
TAKE PART IN CONTEST: Always ensure you take part in contest you are capable of. Some people do organise contest and you get rewarded provided you win the contest. I once won a contest organised by @jonbit. Engaging in contest is one of the fastest ways of growing your wallet.
COMMUNITY UPVOTE TAGSThere are some community that boost your payout whenever you obey the rules. Examples are steem hunt, @ulogs, utopian-io and several others. Comment if you need them. I will send you their discod links.
CONSISTENCY AND PATIENCE: Always make sure you are consistent and patient. Don't be in a rush. Stay focus and continue steeming. Never give up and keep hoping for the best.
