I am surprised to see some posts are making really good money
on the other hand some post are waste of our hard word
some workers make big post write them in very meaning full way when
they click on post The result is zero or 2 ,3 vote Their hard work wasted and no one support them
On the other hand some people who have more steem power and they use to copy paste famous articles with little bit words
changing on them their fake effort and not self made post
became famous they get thousands of dollar with these fake posting i can guess they must have multiple ids they revote and
resteem their post again and again this is pure cheating with good writers who type with hard work and good thinking power
and at the end every thing is wasted so steem it should take some action against the fraud posters.
Be patient. Write good quality original content CONSISTENTLY and you will succeed on Steemit. What those other guys are doing does not affect you. MANY of the Best Steemians had to post hundreds of posts that earned little or no money before they obtained Steemit success. Those posts are NOT worthless. They help you to become a better writer. They show others that you are serious about Steemit. They inspire others to follow you. Good followers are what you need to win with Steemit. Most of all STOP complaining about other people succeeding, go out there and grab your own success by the BALLS and hang on.
good points @troyvandeventer, climbing to the top on Steemit could be as hard as climbing mount Everest. you need to make sacrifices which will cost you time and good content.

I agree with that. It's not only what you write about, but the way you say it and the outlay of your post, that makes it easier and more pleasurable to read. Personally I'm turned off by swearing.
We also do not see a direct correlation btw quality of posts and $ amount!.. we found a number of real-gem articles such as https://steemit.com/cryptocurrency/@glen-hodl/q-and-a-no-1 .. but... lack of marketing skills??

Agree. I see memes-that are easily found on the internet-earn tons of upvotes and $$$ while a story I write or a personal blog post I share gets no love. It can definitely be disheartening.

Some of the outright fraud is being addressed on Steemit.
Violations of copyright, copy-paste posts, and vote/flag abuse, can be reported to @steemcleaners to help mitigate it.
