I'm not the best trader or investor. I have a hard time on other social media. So steemit is the best for me. Even with all the trolls and rampant vote bidding. Everything on trending makes me sick. I should post be happy and forget it. Make my couple bucks a day. Better than anywhere else still.
Even with allot of the audience leaving, even with the lower price of steem. It is still better here. Imagine I could just post on blogger. Would not be as fun. I gotta keep getting though life. Figuring myself out. Expressing myself. I still get more conversation and response here than anywhere else.
I don't want to feel too stressed and depressed anymore. I will share my thoughts and life here still. Life is getting better, feeling more creative. I like the idea of a permanent blockchain so I can read back and not lose anything. I'm going through some kinda trip. When it gets real good I'm sure some would notice. I want to have fun and trip hard in good ways.

Yup! It's all the RELATIONSHIPS and HUMAN CAPITAL which we cultivate here which makes Steemit WAY better than the others, and an REWARDING part of my daily life. While nice, and NEEDED, the $$$ is merely a SIDE-EFFECT of "doing Steemit right". That is, the more we focus on building and cultivating ENGAGING relationships with people here (the "right" one of which are putting out QUALITY content as a result of free market motives) the more the $$$ just MAGICALLY rolls in. So to me, it is actually the SOCIA aspects of the platform where the REAL value lies. For instance, take a moment to ponder what you will have gained if Steemit suddenly disappeared... all of those quality relationships (may of which you could continue OFF of Steemit). My point is that Steemit is TRUE "social media"... By the way, I OVE the way you glitched the fallen gazebo photo. .. although I would have thrown in some SCANTILY clad LADIES SUCKIN' on a few bottles of Sambuca, just to add to the the tone and historical accuracy of the image... Hahahah....
LOL yea, I think I am getting some juice back where I cold do something like that with the photo. That way it could become a possible meme with a backstory good idea. I agree the social aspect here will make it fine I think. Inviting some more people form RL onto steemit. That will make it more interesting too.
I feel you as well. It is like the platform forces people to use vite bidding to get by with all the whales boosting their basic food post or copy paste images. Learn a little more everyday though and just be yourself. I hope things continue to get better for you. :)
