I found you through @blind-spot. He mentioned your post and i really wanted to talk with you a bit.
I go through every introduction post. Y new people tagged "introduceyourself" to weed out the mistagged, spam, and advetisiing type posts. Then I put the real posts into a post so people can find the new people faster.
Then i send them an invite to our discord server called Steem Terminal. We try to answer as many questions as we can to help them learn how to use steem, try to help them find mentors and find people willing to dwlegate SP. We like to see ourselves as a terminal to help get people where they need to go to be successful.
If any of your friends need help, please let us know. @brittandjosie and @thekittygirl just want to help people figure it out and be successful.
