I will be honest, as a fellow artist who has been on a very similar path (I'm 26, lived in Boston and New York City for the last 8 years, working jobs for half of that) - you won't make it in London on a Steem income.
I invite you to prove me wrong - that would be badass. But in all frankness, London is one of the most expensive cities in the world. You can do this, but not there.
I moved to Raleigh, North Carolina - a city where I can spend half as much money as I would in NYC and survive. All I'm trying to say to you is: If the struggle proves too difficult in London, it doesn't mean you FAILED. It just means the location might not be right.
After this attempt, if you are still struggling, my heartfelt advice to you is to consider moving somewhere cheaper. it's really hard to be in the most expensive place while you're starting to build a freelance income. Too hard, in my case.

Ehehe I am very stubborn 🤣🤣 and I am not planning on just having a steemit income but combining with some other things I also do online. But I know what You are talking about.
