IMHO, I like the track overall. Perhaps a few things that I would consider...

1. Shorten the intro from 2m 25s, down to say maybe 30-45 seconds.
2. Add in an extra layer of bass underneath your main bass, or adjust the EQ a bit to give your low end some accents here and there.
3. Add a compressor to your vocal clips, and a separate eq. to help some reduce some of the bg noise.
4. Adjust the EQ overall, your low and mid frequencies are shallow, compared to your high.

I get where you are going with your composition, and I epsecially dig it from 4:45 onwards, congrats on the track. :-) Nice work.
