I Reached My Milestone In 15 Days...
I wrote about my intentions and some of my milestones in a 2 week old post. I was up to 2937 followers when I published the article and I told people that my new milestone were to reach 3000 followers by the end of May. - Fast-forward 15 days and here we are:
Even though I had to cancel my delegations yesterday, my loyal followers and readers continued to cheer for me, continued to show their support and love. And other Steemians became followers too. - I don't even know how to express my gratitude properly.
I never thought I'd be gaining something for actions like this, as it affects hundreds of people in total. In a negative way... - But I was wrong.
The community, Steemit, you all showed me that my actions were okay and accepted. You showed me love and support I never thought I'd be greeted with. This is what community means. We are like a big, fat, weird and awkward family. We're in this together...
You proved to me that my intentions with my delegation initiative and the @asapers project is inspiring and welcome. You showed me that it's okay for me to be human with flaws. You showed me that it's okay for me to stumble... But none of you let me fall.
Instead of being ignorant and instead of doing nothing. We saw fantastic support.
We saw @meno delegating a portion of Steem Power to the @asapers. He also delegated another portion of Steem Power to @insideoutlet, who obviously got affected by my SP-cancellation, and @preparedwombat continues to delegate me Steem Power, even though I asked him to delegate to others instead.
@danielsaori is another awesome Steemian who helped me recently to reach one of my previous milestones. I wanted to delegate a total of 200 Steem Power to @lynncoyle1 and 300 Steem Power to the @asapers. @danielsaori showed his support by delegating the remaining SP to both.
- I am amazed and truly grateful.
I asked for help, but not for myself... I ask for help, so we could continue to help others. The ones I had helped with my delegations... And luckily, we saw people joining arms and support us. Including myself. - It's fantastic and I am truly proud over the things I have accomplished, and I am glad to have met so many wonderful Steemians.

Even in the absence of my delegations, others came in to pull the weight for me. For us. This is what the @asapers stands for. We stand for help. We are a pay-it-forward curation team who strives to help others. No matter color, shape or form.
The @asapers team stands for good things. We strive to support others... But due to some unforeseen circumstances, we're in need of help so we can continue our efforts... And the community showed us that we are worthy.
It goes without saying, but I am so excited and thankful for everything you do. For me and for us. Thank you!
You showed me that I matter, my intentions, my vision and my goals matters... Even when I'm not capable of pulling the weight myself. You helped, and I'm glad you did.
The best way to contact me is through comments on my articles or on Discord
I do have a life outside of Steemit and the @asapers, and I often get multiple messages each day so it might take some time for me to respond. Feel free to message me again if you haven't heard anything in a few hours or a day.

Go @hitmeasap! Go #teamsweden!! :D
Haha thanks! :)
#teamsweden is on hold though... I'm all about the @asapers nowadays. A small team of individuals who manually curates quality content and shares the rewards with the featured authors. :)
Congrats! Great work!
Thank you very much!
Happy for u bro..... More greater heights to attain......
Indeed! This is only the beginning. :)
Congratulations! A huge milestone.
Yeah, it's awesome. Thank you! :)
Yes!! Now you get it :) You are welcome! It's just what family does.
Recently Brian and I received a lot of help from people here and it came about without either of us asking for it. I grew up with the idea that there's shame attached to asking for help. And someone here said to me, "There is no shame in accepting help from friends". That has stuck with me.
And, anyone who is a fan of Zach Galifianakis is a friend of mine :)
