Yes, I've heard about the voting list too. I don't know if it exists or not but it seems very likely. And I have nothing against such things.. But I would love to see people spread their votes on multiple authors instead of rewarding the same person several times.

there is no vote list... believe it or not, many of the wales don't see eye to eye especially on content... they mostly curate what appeals to them.
Some whales will not vote for certain authors no matter how good because they know they are doing fine without them... this constantly shifts.
