If you are not going all in on one of the steem apps then you should be. Remember we are still in the early stages of all this. Chances are if you work hard and stay consistent you can not only build an audience around your content but you can also potentially be compensated for it as well. Whether it's Dlive, DTube, Busy, or any other steem app you love using then I encourage you to spend time creating content there. This is the perfect time to create content. Now go create! Peace. Hopefully, I will be on Dtube soon. I tried using my phone, but my hand kept blocking the lens. I rotated the phone and the video was sideways. I'm figuring out my webcam and editing. In the meantime I'm having fun learning a new skill.
I agree with you @humanearl. The days of earning on YouTube are over. We heard about Steemit/DTube on YouTube so I guess that makes it funny. The @HodgeTwins are correct. I am certain they make more on Dtube than YouTube and they should. This platform will be far better than YouTube ever was. Now we have a point of reference of what a Social Media platform SHOULD NOT BE. Dteemit/Dtube are being built up and improved on learning from those mistakes made by YouTube. Great post once again.
That's so crazy though. I thought if you haad over a million subs you were making bank. But nevermind then. Crazy times. DTube has to capitalize on this big time. I've seen a handful of big youtubers hop on DTube already.
Whao, the difference between their followers on YouTube and Dtube is clear and yet they make much money on Dtube?

I know right. It's crazy to think that 1 Million subs is not even profitable. The fact they only have about 1800 subs on DTube is even more mindblowing.

Youtube is really pushing to buy the ad free version. Do content creators get some of that money? That's kind of shady if they don't. Soon many will be switching to dtube.
I hate getting those messages. I click no all the time and they still ask me over and over. The content creators are the ones adding the real value and they should be given the red carpet.

No chance man. That's why I don;t understand people hopping on Youtube right now to make videos. They won't make any money plus I believeDTube will blow up once it goes mainstream.

Eventually the word is gonna be out one by one and many would shift there gear to Dtube and other Steem based apps .Which is sure gonna be great as a matter of fact !

Exactly. If one steem based app take off to the moon that will do wonders for the price of steem. Just imagine steem over $100/.

I have once created a content on youtube, for the first week. I earned about $5 afterwards, it starts reducing until it went to $0. I got tired and quitted youtube
It doesn't make much sense at this point to put content on YT. This is why I put alot of content on DTube.
you chose an interesting video format, I like it. I have the experience of mounting and creating video for YouTube. Yes they have their own rules and requirements and many people find it difficult to get out there popularity. Another thing we see here. Dtube is a great solution. I believe that in the near future it will be Dtube who is very popular. We are at the beginning of the road and are just starting to develop. Therefore, it is necessary to continue to work and bring value to the chain. I will recommend my acquaintances to move from Youtube to Dtube. I think that now is a good opportunity to create content.
Right now is the best time to get on DTube. A $100 DTube post now may well be $1000 next year.
