It's been over a month now that I have joined this community and TBH i love every minute of it!
Writing has always been one of my favorite past time but what I love most in this platform is learning many things from different people. Reading experiences, travels, thoughts and struggles. I also love engaging and getting to know new people that has the same passion and journey as mine.
It was my husband who has been convincing me to join because he has a former office mate who is in this community. I was not so convinced at first because I was busy with my freelance work and thought it might be a scam. However, I also did my own research and found it somehow interesting. So, I signed up and the rest is history!
I joined STEEMIT, literally, from scratch! I do not know anyone from here and I am not a member of any group. I just posted anything that comes to mind then I started following and engaging with others and reading helpful blogs for beginners like me. And now with over a hundred followers and over a month of STEEMING, I have somehow survived!
Being here in STEEMIT is a fullfilling experience because of having an outlet for my thoughts and experiences through blogging, knowing new people from around the world and earning from doing what you love. I want to extend my gratitude to my followers, to the generous and genuine people I have known here. Also to the people who are willing to help and guide me in this community.
Most especially to @surpassinggoogle and @bayanihan who have been so generous and helpful.
I am still learning and trying to build my way here but I know I won't be alone. I am looking forward for more experiences and to be a part of this community for the months and years to come!
