We love seafood spaghetti! Here's how to make it at home in 5 easy steps:
- In a pot of boiling water, cook spaghetti according to the recommended cooking time on the packet
- On a saute-pan over medium heat, stir in 2 cloves of garlic (minced), 1/2 shallots (diced), 1 1/2 tsp anchovy paste and 1 tbsp capers
- Add 1 can of diced tomatoes saute for 4 minutes
- Add in 1 lb mussels, 3/4 lb squid (sliced into rings), 1lb boiled shrimps and other seafood to your liking!
- Stir the sauce in with your cooked spaghetti and season with grated Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper!🍝😋
