Can you imagine if Jimmy Kimmel, or any talk show for that matter, would not allow their guests (content providers) to promote their latest movie or book? They would never get any experts or celebrities to come on the show and provide the stories they do (well they could always offer huge sums of money but guests really go their for publicity purposes)
