Not for years and years. There is only a fixed pot of Steem produced each day and it is worth about $200,000 on the exchanges. All the payout in a 24 hour period has to come out of this pot.
The only way someone is going to get a $200,000 payout is if nobody else posts in a 24 hour period - and the price of Steem would have to rise quite a bit for someone to get $1 million.
