whatever system you use for blacklist doesn't work is multiple users copy pasting and getting paid even after being cheetah and blacklisted by others
here is an example was caught for plagiarism months back and recently blacklisted by buildawhale for the same while trying to buy votes for

he also has multiple accounts in shadowbot im sure is the same story with those
the power down part of the rank system doesn't look like it works, these users have powered down to zero and doesn't seem to have effected
