Denzel makes a great point here. If you don't think you're addicted than turn off your social media for a week and see if you can do it. 10 years ago that would be laughable, but think of it now, ou can leave the home and forget your wallet and be like "meh, whatever", but if you forget your cell phone, the only option is to go back and get it.
