I'm sure that Narrative will also confront the issue of vote-buying. But it is likely to be less severe there. Since you cannot buy reputation (i. e. voting power) on Narrative, a bot will have to gain reputation first, and it could be not so easy. Also, the difference in voting power between whales and minnows is not so dramatic as on Steem. It does not exceed the ratio of 100:1. So the influence of one particular bot will be limited. And, probably, upvoting a post which other users downvoted will lead to a reputation loss, but I'm not sure.
Also, where do you get the information that the niche suggester receives 10% of the niche sale? I could not find it anywhere.
I'm pretty sure Narrative won't tolerate bots. It doesn't seem like a community that would put up with it for long.
I hope not. I can't imagine why it would be a reputation limiter to be a minority. That would be awful!
Right here
But it could be hard to detect bots or paid upvotes by "real" accounts. Anyway, Narrative has to be ready for such a behavior.
Thank you for the link. However, it says:
Since currently there is no suggestion fee, the 10% rule is not applied.
Ah, yes! Thanks. I completely missed that. They have some weird rules.
