New Year's resolutions, or better said list of things that I will not do
Hi guys, here I come with another of my post, I hope you find it entertaining. Today I found something that I found curious and is that, I read in people's blogs everything they want to get for this New Year, and it is good to share our wishes with others, I think that somehow this commits us to comply, but it is not only is writing it or thinking about it, is to work, to make it real..
And while it is true, that each time a year ends, we set goals or objectives, that we want to achieve for the coming year, because we want it to be a different year more productive and successful for us, and that's where we write our famous list of purposes for the new year, that if go to the gym, eat healthy, get a job, travel more, get good grade in class and a host of personal things that we want, to do because it does not make happy; then in the blink of an eye we are already in the new year eager to fulfill our purposes, with the hope and conviction that we can achieve it.
But wait, not everything is as easy as they paint it, and every day that passes of the new year, we are postponing our purposes; the day to day of life, the "laziness" (our worst enemy), friends arrives and faces in a battle with our beloved purposes, where in most cases the loser of this epic struggle, is our esteemed list; and is that happen situations, that make us lose the illusion, throwing everything in the trash and leaving in oblivion everything that we crave.
All this, makes us return to the simplest, the most comfortable, return to our comfort zone and when we realize, we are halfway through the year and we have not been constant or even, we do not fulfill any of our purposes; without realizing, it has become a vicious circle, which does not allow us to move forward
guys the purpose of this is to make a change in our lives, and for good of course, but the problem is that we keep doing the same, we do not work to change things; Now is where I ask my question:
This already makes sense, it's time to find what you're doing wrong and what made you take the wrong path, if your purpose is to exercise but wait! you do not have the money to go to the gym, run in the park or dance at house; you want to travel, but you do not have money, reduce your expenses and save; you want to start a project but you do not know how, seek help with someone trained or use Google; The idea is to look for alternatives that allow you to achieve your goals. It is very obvious that if you follow the same pattern you will not change anything; and that's the life, if something does not work, change your route, but not goal, you must work hard and have patience.
What is convenient here is not to establish unattainable things from one day to the next, but on the contrary, it fulfills little by little, do not rush to achieve it immediately, remember that you have 365 days to work for this, but about all and most importantly, do not let anything take away the illusion and desire.
