    found a here marked in blue. I pressed that and I could just pic a picture.

    It's pretty simple.... The easiest way to do it is to select your image and save it to a website like imgsafe.org. Then once you have done this, click on your settings. right at the top of the page is a url spot to copy and paste the URL for the image you want. Easy peasy.
