We need to take the time to make a good needs assessement and put in place the good participatory process. I started sometimes ago to create a compilation to create a new innovation experience department for @generationeuropa and @solidarity, as I created innovations units for NGOs and some international organizations that I am now opening as participatory with @innovations. However, the challenge of hyper connectivity and having an audience is not thought at school.
We all need a frame for people and talent management, a frame for trust. It is not easy to manage fame, neither more simply creativity. I'll share with you on discord the drafts I am using to create the various proposals. Hope it can bring you some confidence about stress and escape.
