Yes. "Frozen" STEEM POWER is an instrument that prevents immediate theft since it is being "unfrozen" weekly if a user wants so. This functionality is critisized by many as a proof o a STEEM scam (like in this famous debate here: https://steemit.com/steemit/@blakemiles84/the-great-steemit-debate-tone-vays-vs-blakemiles84). But I think this is one of the most underestimated properties of this asset. We have not seen it's true "POWER" in terms of "freezing" assets yet, but I think we will and it could be a very teaching lesson in a positive way for whole cryptoworld and other blockchains. Came here to say this. You get hacked with SP and at most they can steal 1/104th of your wealth before you notice and change your keys. I've used a dozen or more Bitcoin wallets, including paper/hardware/web, over the years and never really felt confident in the security of my wealth. SP makes me comfy.
