There are many that are of the belief that wealth is not shared evenly and that money is held only by a specific amount of people and so it is not attainable by them. A great amount of people is also of the belief that wealth can only be achieved in a certain area or territory.
However all these notions are wrong and wealth can truly be achieved by changing ones mindset, specialised knowledge and doing something a certain way. People tend to follow other peoples concept because.
They think it is the right way to go about life.
They don't have a good self image.
They prefer to be led.
Mindset
Mindset is a very powerful element of wealth or riches because that is your belief system in a nutshell. How much do you believe you can attain and how strong your mental focus really is. Many people are of the job mentality and jobs can limit peoples thinking and there ability to achieve greatness because they have created a false sense of security and comfort that can steal there very dreams. Say someone work $2000 per month, that's the amount they think they are worth and there mindset cannot grow beyond that so they are like stuck in a limbo where they can't achieve the lifestyle most wish for.
According to the book "The business of the 21 century", by Robert Kyiosaki where people are classed as 4 quadrants. He goes on to explaine how those people behave and there mind set.
The Cash flow Quadrant.
The E stands for the employees which peffers to go to school and learn and get a profession. In doing so they continue to live for an amount that will never allow them to taste wealth. They go to work however there whole being is sold out to work for nothing. There company owns them, they can't even think for themselves because there job directly affects there life in all ways.
The S stands for self employed, or the people thats says, " I can do it all by myself" yet the struggle and may have alot of money and no time or vice versa. Theses people are like doctors, lawyers, barbers and hair dressers and all the persons who work for themselves. Many times these people have no real family life because they or time broke or money broke or in some cases both. This is the worse of the quadrant because of u don't work or if your sick you don't make money at all.
The B stand for big business and these are the people who owns big companies and cooperations and who have partners working with and making millions, having the freedom to do what ever they want at will. These people live life to the fullest and are called the 5 Percenters.
The I are the investors that has shares, stocks and bonds, the foeex traders etc.
The cash flow quadrant also shows that the left side of the quadrant is where the largest part of the world's population lives which is approximately 95% and they have only 5% of the world's money while the right side
have are only 5% of the world's population owning 95% of the world's wealth.
The decentralisation of wealth and money
The most intriguing thing has happen since the internet started a couple dacades ago. A new way of earning has taken over, and people from all 4 quadrants no longer may need to change there mindset totally but may only need a little common sense to strive and become wealthy. This new way is the evolution of money where centralisation can no longer controls money to an extent, this gives way to decentralisation. This means that no boundaries are around how people transact there day to day financial business because "cryptocurrency" especially bitcoin has made a permanent change to the real meaning of wealth and how one can achieve it speedily.
Let the truth be said the power has been given to the people once more where is not paper drifters. Traditional ways of earning makes no sense when 1 can invest in any crypto and watch themselves grow wealthy in a few months or years to come. The world is also accepting the new cryptocurrency encryption. Do you believe so?
The potential of Steem and the Power it holds
I see steem may be the ultimate crypto where it doesn't have to be mine and has come across through social media where almost all nations of the world are a part of. Even recently steem has over taken the number of transactions done by bitcoin which is a huge highlight. The steem demand will be going up especially if people find a way to quickly earn. Apart from STEEMIT we now have chainbb, Zappl, esteem, busy.org and jsteem and so much more ideas is coming to enable all of us to earn more steem than we could ever earn before.

Finally I believe that in this time more than ever anyone can be a multi millionaire if they only try. No longer can people say they are from a poor background and it is impossible. We are living in the age of change so we only need to believe and take the first step by researching and getting involve someway or another. Many will be scared but the breve shall live a lifestyle that has never be experienced before.
