threat for the humanity. Our existence is constantly in a potential state of extinction, because we just need a bottom to destroy our entire world.

According the ICAN (international campaign to abolish nuclear weapons) organization the recently data show us that nine countries posses almost 15.000 nuclear weapons and could be more if Pakistan, India and North Korean maintain the ambition of increase his arsenal.
2-. More than 100 nuclear weapons are enough to destroy a whole country.
According recently studies publishing in the Safety magazine, the amount of 100 nuclear weapons are enough to do a several damage in a whole country. A number really low if we take account about the numbers of nuclear weapons that world posses.
3-. Just U.S.A & Russia have almost 14.000 nuclear weapons.
United States of America and the Federation of Russia have around the 90% of the nuclear weapons in the world. Even tough both countries have eliminated a considerable numbers of weapons, still having a important number of them.
4-. Just in 30 minutes a nuclear rocket from Russia could arrive in USA.
According different opinions a nuclear rocket launched by Russia to USA could take around 30 minutes to arrive. This means that we just need 30 minutes in case of a nuclear war, we could destroy our entire world and everything that we have been achieving for centuries in 30 minutes. Quora
5.- Despite the considerable reduction of the nuclear arsenal the world still being far of eliminate all the nuclear weapons.
Through the history the amount of nuclear weapons has been decreasing. If we take a look the numbers in 1984 we could found that the world had around 64.000 nuclear weapons. This was the most dangerous numbers in our history, since that date the nuclear weapons are in constantly decreasing. Our World in Data
This could be good news but the administration of the President Donald Trump has been working to improve his nuclear weapons. He wants to achieve tactical weapons that could be used in a conflict.
Even when this action does not mean more nuclear weapons, increase the risk of use one in case of a war.
The crazy idea of a nuclear war win more space in a middle of a world that have been in constantly change, a world where the "statu quo" have been changing step by step.
This topic is a relevant issue today. So we have to assume our role like Global Citizens to prevent this possibility.

Mmmm, no consideraría trágico lo de Hiroshima y nagasaki, viendolo desde un punto de vista completamente crudo, claro esta; las bombas nucleares son quizás mas misteriosas de lo que parecen. ¿por qué tener tantas? La Union Sovietica y USA moldearon el mundo cuando lucharon enfrentadas, pero dejaron muchas dudas a su paso. buen post!
