Sure - this post isn't about #Steemit or #Bitcoin it is about #Iota, by using those first two tags, you add unrelated noise and make it harder for users actually posting about those topics to get visibility.
he is saying that your post does not belong in the tags that you set on your post.

@joy69 I saw some of your posts... and many people have been "biting" you due the quality of your posts. So just one advisor simple one try use one of these platforms DMania or on SteepShot. These ones are prepared for pictures and use steem blockchain. The same mechanism that you have being using to promote your posts could be used for. And you will be out of the wrong spotlight... no more "beat" or "bit" you about your posts.

STOP@steemitboard you can see there is much discussion around this post about its "spammyness". Its not the worst example Ive seen, but maybe not the best one for steemitboard to endorse.
