1 . Find beauty and appreciate it.


Beauty is all around us, from the morning hours dew to the night hang outs and everything in between. Most go through lifestyle not realizing all the gorgeous factors that are surrender to them, and yes it's every where, so take the time to notice it, appreciate it when you see it. Whether it's the aroma of a plant or the way rainfall ripples in puddles of water, appreciate the what is beautiful and what life has to offer. 


2 . Compose a listing of all that you are thankful for. 


Wake up in the morning and start thanking everyone, even the small things. Thank you GOD for me and my friends are alive today, thank you for the opportunity of doing what I would like to do today, thank you for the sleep you gave me. Thank you for not causing any issues today. When you wake up and start with being grateful, Be grateful for whatever you have. You should, you deserve it and by thanking you will never be ungrateful. As they say gratitude is the attitude.


3 . Meditation


Sit in a relaxed position, close your sight and inhale and out. Too often we hurry through our days with a spread mind making us in a condition of stress and stress, Relaxation enables you to relaxed your soul down and put you in a relaxing mind-set. 10 Minuets of meditation a day can transform your daily lifestyle permanently. Trying looking for some inner meditation relaxing music in the morning and do it constantly. Eventually this becomes a habit, let everything go and move on for a more calm day.


4 . Do something for someone else.


Giving to someone else changes your perception by saying, 'I don't have enough yet, it's never enough' My friend, it will never be. If we do not feel grateful for what we have, what makes us thing we'd be happy with more?

Start giving back to other people, it doesn't have to be money. It can be knowledge or skills and experience.  People seem to forget feeling full of what they have done and accomplished,  giving  will make you feel plentiful. 



5 . Quit stressing and complaining.


Complaining and stressing places you in a very low vibes. If you want to conquer the anxiety of life, live in the moment, live in the breath. If the problem can be solved why worry? If the problem cannot be solved worrying will do you no good. My all time quote on this  is "The happiest people don't have the best of everything, They just make the best of everything.''


6 . Get Active


Vibration needs activity, the more you progress the better your start feeling. So Get Active! Dance! The happier you feel, the more you will attract happy encounters to yourself because you are working at a different frequency.


7 . Understand that you have more control over your daily lifestyle than you thought.


You are not a victim to situations, past, childhood problems, stress, or anything else. You can transform your daily lifestyle instantly. Just recognize this, start to take 'total responsibility' as many wise traditions say. The way you feel right now is your fault, when you start taking responsibility for all your emotions and action. Know that only you are able to change and recoup your power back to making the correct moves of your spirituality.




8 . Inhale and Exhale.


Just sit and try for making your breathing longer, bigger, and more relaxed. It has a immediate impact on your neurological system and enables you to relax you. A relaxing inner vibe is a great vibe.


9 . Do Something You're Scared Of


Fear only exists in your mind, it is what is holding you back from other positive vibrations. When you start facing the fears, you will be amazed on how much possibilities it will give to you. You fear of starting to write your own content? You fear that you are not good in writing poems? I assure you that your fear is what is stopping you and not the actual problem.



10 . Have a Significant Discussion with a Friend


Rather than stressing, complaining or judging individuals, discuss about your ideas and opportunities. What do you have organized for yourself? Take more in depth, about our spiritually having a human experience. Take about what you love, about life, anything about everything. You can be surprised how much similarities you may have with people completely different from you.
