I think most of the people have the same situation with me, somethings feel lost in workplace and some relationship, trying to hide. However, there are a lot of responsibilities what we need to bear, we cannot ignore it. Therefore, we need to do something to adjust our attitude and mind.
1. Self-Checking
If you think that you are lonely and unhappy, because you are stuck at a place which is not suitable for you, a place not belongs to you, thats why you cannot find out the problem. Therefore, if you think that you do not like the situation, you should find out what kind of person you are. If not, you may be have another disaster again.
2. Guys, sometimes... not your fault
After self-checking, if you find out the problem is not on you,congratulations.However, do not push the problem to anyone immediately. Once you think that you are victim, your mind will become complicated, it means that you cannot tackle the problem effectively. No one can deny that, somethings are no directly correct or wrong, we can just accept the situation. You no need to bear the mistakes, but you can try to forgive someone. It can make you feel more good.

If you are interesting for the meaning, read some books of Chinese, very meaningful.
3. Are you overrating your expectation?
Have u ever desired a good job which is unique and perfect? Sometimes, the 'place' you have been desired, maybe worse than the original one.
4. Do not try to change the others, try to make a change of yourself
Improving yourself is the best method to tackle anything, do not try to affect the others do something what you want.
Person who is successful never critcise the losers.
5. Lastly,leaving is the last strategy
If you try everything still cannot fix the situation and keep feeling disappointed. Please do not give up, just leave. Leaving is also one of the method. Change a place, change the school, change the workplace, change everything you want.
