There is no way you will be able to keep up as time and membership here increase. I have been having the same type thoughts and issues... and was thinking to weed who I am following. This will allow only the better information to feed in, the new stuff I can always look at when time avails.
Yes, that has been playing around in my mind aswell. I've started on slimming down my following list, but oh my gosh it is so hard! I would be so happy if, at the very least, we could use the tags as filters in our home feed, but instead, they just point to trending... how useless is that :-(
