I learned a lot when I joined early this month, in psychology mostly since same as you I lost my mom last March and the pain is too much it caused me depression. When I read your post about your mom I cried all the memories came back again, through Steemit I met psychologist/Steemians who helped me move on little by little. You'll meet different people here from around the world and the friendship and the concern I get was genuine in my short time of stay here. And I can vent out thru posting poems and photos and it helps a lot. Unlike other social media platform you can share your inner you here without being judged. I have a special spot for you. Be strong. Let's be sad from missing these woman but put this sadness to good use on behalf of others, so their suffering has some essence. Steemit does help. It helped me too. It helped me today. I shed tears before rising up to complete this post and as a result of those valuable tears, for these are valuable tears and Jehovah keeps these tears specially in skin bottle to remember them for us. Tears are flowing! But I know I have new friends here on Steemit whom I know I can gain strength, strength to move on. It'll definitely be hard to forget the pain but as what you've said their suffering has some essence and I know they want us to move on and be strong.
