Challenge yourself to replacing or adding an afternoon snack. Do you find yourself starving at dinner time and tend to overeat or reaching for an unhealthy snack because your lost for ideas?
Try this afternoon snack:
Fill blender about 1/4 full of ice and add 2 bananas, 1 tbsp of peanut butter, 1 scoop of vanilla or chocolate protein powder and fill blender with water almost covering all the ingredients. Blend and done! LIKE DESSERT!
In my picture I have Organic Peanut Butter and Vega proteins and greens plant based protein powder both I got from Costco. If you are looking for a chocolate one, I got Sunwarrior at our local health foods store. It is delicious too!
I add one scoop of each because I make the smoothie for my family of 4!
