Hello @crypto.piotr
Just here to wish you a safe journey back to Europe.
Do keep in touch.
I think through this competition we learned a lot of things. I am pretty sure organiser @theycallmedan would have learned a thing or two to improve his future contests.
It was a fierce fight, but I was more like observing from the side lines.
As you have mentioned that Steemit is still a small community and lightly knitted and interwoven, and I felt sad that as I tend to agree; technology changes, human nature don't.
No doubt that during competitions due to the zeal of contestants some unprocessed thoughts would spill out from the mouth.
That's how evil hearts can be at time.
That's why in the bible it speaks of the flesh vs the spirit many times. @steemchurch would know that fairly well. You can always feel free to strike a conversation with the founder and even with me.
(unfortunately you are going to be too far for us to meet for a cup of coffee and tea with the Mrs)
But let's let bygones be bygones. There are always a better day. And we hope that with that being said, congratulations to @steemitbloggers, you got a good run for your money over this round of contest.
Let's look forward to collaboration and not create constant strive amongst human beings because one event. Life is too short for that.
Take care and bon voyage!
Dear @littlenewthings
Surely we will :) My journey wasn't easy (flight got cancelled last second and I had to be placed on different plane with extra 10h stopover. nightmare).
Indeed :(
ps.
I'm sorry for such a late reply. I only had a chance to read your comment now (somehow i missed it).
Thx for being so responsive and supportive.
Yours
Piotr
