It is undervalued. It's given so much more than Facebook ever did. At $3 a Steem it's still a bargain and I think it will go higher.

Steem should go up at least >10$, and that is just in the short term... The thing is steemit is higly misunderstood, simply because general public does not understand blockchain at all... Most of people i invite to steemit hesitate because they thing this is some kind of referal program, ponzy scheme or whatever, it is kind of hard to explain people what steemit.com is about because there is nothing out there to compare, and i think that happen to any revolutionary idea that represents a paradigm shift...
The same thing happened with the internet and look at us now. I remember explaining to friends about websites and they just thought it was some kind of brochure. When email started I remember people wondering why you would want to send an email when you can just write them a letter. When is the last time you sent someone a letter?
When Steem does hit >10 we'll all be glad for all those .283 Steem rewards we earned from a comment on someone's blog which suddenly becomes $2.83 or more.
