Hello fellow steemians, in today's vlog I go over how much money I'm currently earning in Mining Ethereum, I also explain whether or not if Mining other coins are profitable or not with Genesis followed my a short market recap before my laptop froze and ended the video 😩 I thought I lost it because I had to do I cold restart, I hope you enjoy
Minimum cost to mine ETH with Genesis is $29.99, and makes $6.29 a month, $75 a year and gues up as Ethereum goes up or the opposite
Minimum cost to mine XMR with Genesis is $49.99, and makes $5.31 a month, $63.72 a year and gues up as Monero goes up or the opposite
Minimum cost to mine BTC with Genesis is $30.00, and makes negative $3.54 a month and negative $106.30 a year and that number goes up in profit as Bitcoin goes up or the opposite but its negative the first nine 12 months because it's a life time contract, so anything that you mine after that first year is pure profits ( I rather stick with ETH, "my personal opinion")

I agree that mining can be a bit of continuous monitoring process. I have learn some new things on this post. It's really smart to mine an alternative (Ether) without going after the top coin (bitcoin).

Nice breakdown of the profitability of Ethereum. ETH appears to be a good long-term investment; especially if the price keeps exploding the way it is. like they say around 9 months to break even. The price is on the decline currently, looks like a good time to buy.

I want to upgrade my eth contract but where its a 2 year contract vs the btc lifetime i think the btc has more value long term. I will be pushing my eth up once im happy with the level of my btc. And you know i'll probably use your code for most of these lol
It's takes to long to break even with btc, and there are fees to mine btc TRUST ME ETH IS THE WAY TO GO, I have 7th of sha 256 so I know what I'm talking about 👍😎... you also have to consider the difficulty of bitcoin increasing so the price of btc will need to continue to rise also

Thanks for this, very helpful. It's interesting that BTC takes so long to profit. I wonder if the hashrate is still efficient after that length of time? I haven't run the numbers but it seems like buying on an exchange might be cheaper in the long run.

Yea, it's the best contracts available on Genesis, I'm surprised that they haven't sold out, I might just go ahead and upgrade to 200 mh idk hmmmmmm
The reason they arn't selling out is because in August, Ether is suppose to fork. If it forks and your mining on genesis ETH contract you will no longer be able to mine ETH. Therefor they will send your contract to the next best thing they can mine using that algorithm. I heard that would be Litecoin. So your contract will most likely last another month and then you will be mining litecoin. Best advice would be to plan for that and check you what you would be making with Litecoin vs Ether.

But it's more likely that bitcoin will fork vs Ethereum, so think if Ethereum doesn't fork 🤔🤔👊👊...I just followed you 👍
Ya, just saying use cation as Litecoin wont make you as much as Ethereum is right now. So if they stop mining ETH and ship your contract over to Litecoin you might not even make your investment back (if it drops), as its so much cheaper right now. If Litecoin skyrockets when this happens then maybe it wouldn't even matter. You would have to make your investment and any profits you are expecting to make within a two year contract if this did happen. Maybe wait a till August to buy the ETH contract but on the other side if it sells out you missed out and the ship sails without you.
As you can see ETH will make about double right now vs Litecoin. If Litecoin drops back down to $28 it would be even lower.
Yea but also keep in mind "GENESIS NEVER SAID THEY WOULD USE LITECOIN, they said the exact opposite, that they would use the next MOST PROFITABLE" so I'm willing to upgrade and see what happens down the line. People really made out good with their Z classic contracts

No sir, I use Genesis Mining, they are a cloud mining company, so I pay them to use their equipment and I receive daily payouts. Since I'm always traveling it's better for me to invest this way so I don't have to pay to replace graphics cards and electricity. And there is no maintenance fee when mining Ethereum Or Monero with Genesis

Great post! Yesterday I did some long calculations figuring out how much money I would have to invest into Genesis Mining in order to achieve a more or less steady monthly stream of income at about $3000 and the answer is about $1000 every month for 12 months. Having figured that out I picked up a job at Amazon working a night shift specifically in order to make the money required in order to fulfill this plan! To anyone in doubt about the legitimacy or profitability of holding the right cryptocurrencies into the future should scour youtube and research for yourself the enormous opportunity we have for ourselves here! My plan is to work my ass off for a year and then quit all my jobs and live purely off the profits that I'll be making through Genesis Mining! Very excited! We can all do this! Does't mean you shouldn't figure out for yourself the trajectory some of these cryptocurrencies are tracking, but for the most part Genesis Mining is going to be instrumental in freeing me from debt and allowing me to live a life on my terms! Good video, but I do have a question for you. Don't you have to keep in mind how much initial investment into cloud contracts did you put in to get this $900 a month? If someone starts out with $10,000 invested into cloud mining then they will most likely be making big money every month but they had to initially lose that $10k.

I never expected this much profit could be gained from cloud mining. Sounds like a good deal. I tried Genesis 2 years ago but it never worked out so I turned to trading instead. I think Stemmit pays better than cloud mining but it is not passive income. Hope to read more favorable updates from you.

Yeap that's right, only one that does have a power and maintenance fee is bitcoin because it's a unlimited contract where you mine as long as bitcoin is profitable but that's why I stick with eth for now, maybe some more Monero down the line 👍
