I agree they probably have been on here longer and built a more loyal following. I just hope Steemit can improve this by having a certain number of minimum words for a post. Like a minimum of 500 words for a post. You can see a post with a photo of a cat or flower and with no words or just like 5 words. This can of post is not bringing anything to the Steemit audience but easy funds for the author of that particular post.

actually the amount of people joining does have their advantages with that they also have disadvantages aswell because the more people the more our post will be out of reach , i think in a short few months we are also have loyal followers with more steem and all the people are here to earn so they post things that can make them money
Good points you mention in this. This will be my 3rd week on here. So I`m looking forward to see how much I progress on Steemit with my posts, comments and also as a person over the next 12 months too.
