Another Day, Another City.
Today we are in Amsterdam just outside the De Oude Kerk Church letting as many people know about steemit as possible, this was the least chaotic spot I could find which meant I could talk to people in relative peace. For those that don't know, I am doing a European roadshow in which I will be stopping at all major cities from Scandinavia all the way down to Lisbon, Portugal where I will be attending Steemfest.

When you believe in something as much as
I believe in steemit then people listen to your every word.
If some random person tries to sell me something or shove a flyers in my face I have no time for them what so ever which is why I am surprised that I can get so many people to stop and listen to me, especially in this day and age where no one has time for strangers, this has really got me thinking why and how do I get away with it, the conclusion I came up with, is that I'm not selling anything, I'm just telling them how amazing steemit is and I genuinely feel that steemit can change the world we live in.
I think this type of promotion is worth its weight in steem as I believe word of mouth is the most effective form of advertising.

This whole promotional tour is an experiment, I am hoping that by the time it gets to steemfest in Portugal then I will have a much better idea of what is needed to continue my mission of spreading steemit to the masses, and hopefully I will attract some attention from some big players who want me to continue this work I am doing and maybe help me fund it, my dream would be to get a delegation loan so I can upvote good content from the people I meet as an incentive to join.
We had planned on doing a roadshow in Hamburg but after driving around, getting stuck in traffic for three hours looking for a spot to park our tinyhouse truck we admitted defeat, the next roadshow will hopefully be in Paris so watch out for that and if you haven't seen the Copenhagen roadshow then follow the link and support it as much as possible.

Amsterdam was great fun, I felt I had to do a Roadshow at the home of steemfest1.
After Amsterdam we did Paris but now
We are in Spain chilling with some friends and family before setting off on another tour.
@markwhittam you are such a bundle of energy and drive I don't know how you have such an abundance of spirit and positive energy. You are really amazing at selling Steemit wherever you go. Your roadshow in Amsterdam looked very successful too!

I feel it's is the best platform to all humans they can shared our life experiences in it. But first we need to shared them about steemit and what had potential it.
I thinks it's the great way to we can explained about steemit as well as promote to steemit in effective way.
I was also add 25+ my friends on steemit and they doing really good.

Yes, I really believe that a good few will join, we'll find out soon when they start messaging me saying "it's me from Amsterdam" :)

I project that Steemit will go the way of BitCoin. By the time people wake up and feel the Steem, the stock value will be so expensive, most won't be able to jump in, and will find themselves having one of those 'woulda' shoulda' coulda' Bit Coin moments.

What is your overall strategy with this tour? Are you building a follower base for yourself or is this a Steem-backed drive for new subscribers? Whichever, it must be a blast traveling across Europe promoting something you're obviously pretty excited about.

This is so true - a friend of mine just made a post on Facebook about his interest in cryptocurrency and I jumped on that immediately! I don't know if he is going to join Steemit right away but getting the word out is the first step! Excellent job!
